4. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.enerconparts.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by EnerconParts ("we", "us", "our"), of Unit 2A, Milland Road, Neath, SA11 1NJ, United Kingdom. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Products

We sell refurbished and second-life components for Enercon and other wind turbines, along with related consumables and tools. Unless stated otherwise, products are used, refurbished parts that have been inspected and, where applicable, tested prior to listing. Photographs are representative of the item type; the exact unit supplied may vary slightly in cosmetic condition. Compatibility information (turbine model, SAP number, part revision) is provided in good faith — it remains the buyer's responsibility to confirm fit and compatibility with their specific turbine before ordering, and we're happy to help verify this before you buy.

2. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in GBP, and in EUR for customers in the European Union, and may change at any time — this won't affect orders already confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors, stock discrepancies (given the individual, limited-quantity nature of refurbished stock), or suspected fraud, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order through the payment methods shown at checkout. Title to goods passes to you once payment has been received in full.

4. Delivery & Risk

Delivery timeframes and shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns & Warranty

Our approach to returns, cancellations, and faulty goods is set out in our Refund Policy. Where a warranty is offered on a specific part, its length and terms are stated on that product's listing; unless stated otherwise, no additional warranty is given beyond your statutory rights and the terms of the Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the price paid for the item(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of production, downtime, or loss of profit, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU may also be entitled to bring proceedings in their local courts under applicable consumer protection law.
